Vacation House Checks

The Darke County Sheriff's Office provides its citizens with a vacation house check if they are going on vacation. This service entails us coming to your residence and checking the property for any foul play while you're gone. If you would like us to check your residence, please submit the form below. We will reach out to you or a keyholder if there are questions, or reason for concern on your property. As a reminder, contact our Dispatch Center once you return to your residence. NOTE: Vacation & Vacant House Checks will be limited to six months maximum.
