Starting in July the Darke County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be conducting sales of real estate for foreclosures in person at the Darke County Commissioners building. Pursuant to House Bill 390, RealAuction has been contracted with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for these sales to be on-line with the “Official Public Sheriff’s Sale Website”.
The process and procedures under which these sales will be completed are detailed at RealAuction’s website www.realauction.com.
Prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with this new process. Training classes are offered on a monthly basis and these webinar classes generally last 90 minutes and specifically cover the use of the software.
Attendance is by registration only at https://www.realauction.com/training.
For additional information or questions regarding training, please contact the RealAuction Customer Service Center at (954) 734-7401 or toll free at (877) 361-7325
Changes do not affect tax sales. These sales will continue to be conducted at the Darke County Commissioners Building until further notice.

ph88 – I saw this link being shared so I decided to check it out. I didn't delve into the content, mainly focusing on how they designed the interface. My initial impression is that the page looks quite light and clean, with the content sections separated for easy navigation. The menu bar is at the top, easily recognizable, making switching between sections quick. I think this simple design is quite good, especially when used on a phone, as it still displays well. Overall, a quick glance reveals how logically they've arranged the content.
vipph – I saw it appearing so often that I was curious and clicked to see what the interface was like. My first impression was that the page was quite clearly organized; a quick glance was enough to know where I was, without the clutter of cramped text. I didn't play any games, I just looked at how they presented the information and found the content blocks neatly arranged, and the transitions between sections were smooth. There was an introductory section mentioning legal registration in Monaco with an emphasis on 128-bit SSL security; reading through it, I felt they were trying to reassure newcomers. Overall, I liked the clear layout, the well-defined headings for each section, and the easy-to-read booking menu,…
