Preliminary investigation revealed a 2006 White Hummer H3, driven by Jagjit Singh 50, of Brookville, OH. and front seat passenger Melissa Rowlett 48, of Brookville, OH. was traveling Southbound on Gordon-Landis Road and stopped at the intersection of Delisle-Fourman Road.
