drive should be out on the roadways. People should
contact their employer to see if they should report
to work. Obviously, if you are driving, use extreme
caution.

3 SNOW EMERGENCY

A
modified level three snow emergency means that
roadways or types of roadways (state roads, county
roads, township roads, municipal streets) in a
specifically designated geographic area are CLOSED
to non-emergency personnel.
No one should be driving on these types of
roads or in these areas during this condition unless
it is absolutely necessary or a personal emergency
exists. All
personnel in the affected area should contact their
employer to see if they should report to work.
Anyone
traveling in the designated area may subject
themselves to arrest.
